Besides Carter, Frank Cashen, Davey Johnson, Mel Stottlemyer, and Buddy Harrelson have passed since the last major reunion.

Bill Robinson and Vern Hoscheit both passed back in 2007, which I guess leaves bullpen coach/assistant pitching coach Greg Pavlick the last surviving official member of Johnson's staff.
