One non-tender from another team I'd keep an eye on is Hoby Milner. Stearns had a hand in his arrival in Milwaukee, and the difference in his last two seasons probably had more to do with luck than anything else. His FIPs over the last three years have been remarkably consistent (3.16, 3.13, 3.14), and desirable for a cheap lefty arm.
