If Yohan Ramirez's pitch was deemed "intentional" to warrant a 3-game suspension and a one-game suspension for the manager, why wasn't the manager thrown out of the game? Hoskins can slide through the base into McNeil's leg, but a pitch within 5 feet of the batter is not OK.
