Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Tylor Megill and his pathetic, tiny uniform lettering will take the bump vs Colin Rea and the Brewers. I will be watching (post nap) and possibly listening in the car if I am out and about.

bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 (edited) If Yohan Ramirez's pitch was deemed "intentional" to warrant a 3-game suspension and a one-game suspension for the manager, why wasn't the manager thrown out of the game? Hoskins can slide through the base into McNeil's leg, but a pitch within 5 feet of the batter is not OK. Edited March 31, 2024 by Guest
Cowtipper Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 I'm glad Bader's not in the lineup. Supposedly he's a master in the field, but he doesn't seem like much of a master Bader quite yet.
Marshmallowmilkshake Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Mendoza is suspended for today's game. Must be a Mets record for quickest suspension into a managerial career. Bench coach John Gibbons back in the saddle! Mendoza might get his first Mets win without being in the dugout.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Too much drama three days into the seasonJust win a game alreadyLGM

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 I'm feeling that Francisco Lindor is lacking the usual spark in his butt.Or maybe not.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Lindor is not the only one in that condition
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 I don't think he was asleep.A well hit ball tailed away from him.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 He was late to the ball in any circumstance

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Mets hanging in this game by their fingernails.
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Demote McNeil. He's not ready to play
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 At the two-hour mark I felt like this game is four hours of suck already.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Author Posted March 31, 2024 Doing not very much at the dish. Running out of opportunities
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 I'm not sure I understand the thinking with Alonso holding the runner while standing 2 1/2 feet of the base.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Looking like a looooong season, if these 3 games are any indication.
