Missed this the first time around, but I saw this clip. The kid asked him for his "hottest sports take" and he seemed to me sarcastic as hell in his answer. Did anybody take this literally? Or did I swing and miss?

Brave haters for sure. And while he was being glib and sarcastic, defenders were saying he does suffer from aniexty issues while in crowds. Though that could be the defenders projecting their own issues, or armchair diagnosing why he would say something like that.

Not what you want to root for, but it's certainly not shocking, considering the violence of his delivery.



It's hard to figure out an injury that can have a bigger impact on the division. There are more valuable players, like Acuña and Harper, but neither of them are likely to sustain an injury that takes them off the field for 14 months.
