bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted March 11, 2023 Posted March 11, 2023 Senga reportedly aggravated the finger operating a remote control while watching the WBC. "Fox Sports 1 is which channel? Does this hotel have Fox Sports 2?"
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 As per manager of the year Buck Schowalter, Senga has tendonitis and would have pitched through it had this been a regular season start. So I guess that's better news than a number of the alternatives. Hopefully it doesn't linger.

MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 When I heard this I thought it was because the baseballs used in Japan are a different size than those used in the US. And I thought if the US ball is larger, then he could have stretched the ligament trying to throw his forkball. But the US ball is smaller than the Japanese baseball, so I don't think that was the cause and this won't be an issue going forward.Later
