TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 I saw on Reddit that the 2022 Mets are the first 100-win team to have played at least 30 games against other 100-win teams during the regular season. Had the Yankees won today, they would have played 34. The 2022 Braves are second on the all-time list at 28. Obviously, multiple 100-winners in a division are going to make it higher on the list (2018 NYY/BOS, 1954 NYY/CLE, 1942 STL/BRK, etc.). Pretty cool.None of the 1969, 1986 or 1988 NYM teams played even one regular season game against another 100-game winner.
