Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 Well, if that's the worst of Bassitt for the day we'll take it.Still only an average pitch count thru 6 following a 28 pitch inning.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 How is Wilson still in this game? After his first inning (the 2nd) this game had 'rake the bullpen' written all over it.

The joke was that there were foul balls laying around in the upper deck from previous games because it was desolate up there.

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 A bit disturbing in that, even with a win here, this only increases our innings-scored-in total from 3 to 5 over the past four games. That's still 31 blanks over the past 36, actually 38 going back to the previous game.
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2022 Posted September 7, 2022 Back in first place! Braves/A's starts in about 20 minutes or so.
