Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 This man is a genius. The better the material, the better his work. It's 15 minutes. But stick around till the end for priceless x-Mets content
roger_that Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 I love Jomboy, though your link disappeared on me. But I love all close replay examinations in details--he just makes them better by his uncanny ability to lip-read. It's incredible how much of manager/umpire arguments actually consist of "Fuck you" and "WTF are you talking about?" And here I thought they were making impassioned but logically compelling cases based solidly on fine points in the rule book.
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 YouTube pulled the plug on ya. It's here: https://youtu.be/QFUawXZhnlchttps://youtu.be/QFUawXZhnlc
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 Strange how he tends to call ejections "injections."
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 He's funny but I am already tired of him. Internet commentary is generally too vapid for me, unless, of course, we're talking about the Mets on Tap podcast (episode 52 being recorded tonight, subscribe and rate us on bleh bleh fnerp fnerp)

Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 The lipreading is the best part. Essential context.
roger_that Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 Even if he's wrong sometimes (how would we ever know?) he's always funny.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 I usually have to pay good money for that sort of sexy Dom Chiti action.
