Compounded by us recording our weekly episode of the "Mets on Tap" beers & baseball podcast -- that late 9:30 PM beer doesn't exactly help my longevity any.

I made it 8 innings. Long games are the devil's asshole. I can't stay up so late any more. These are also the first games we're watching outside of the eastern time zone since September 18, 2019 so we're out of practice (and older). Outside of the three we watched over the weekend in Colorado, right? I have faith that the offense will get better at some point, but right now, it's a tougher watch than The Human Centipede, Uncut/Extended.

"These" encompassed the COL trip as well.
