How can you tell who logged in recently from that list?

Look at the "Last Active" column.

That's the thing. I can't see the last active column. For this web-site, I don''t have the bottom or horizontal windows scroll bar. I never bitched to the admins about this but it is annoying when there's an oversized image, for example. I can scroll up and down, but not side to side.
