Man, that 7-8-9.

Welcome back, Ruby. This is #BIGGAME. Can't have the momentum of a 15-1 run zapped by a 3-game losing streak and a drop in the WC standings with McNeil out for a spell.

Ron just called Matzy "such a competitor" in the same half inning that he called him "fragile" and insinuated that he struggles with confidence.

That lousy feed from Rosario on the potential double-play ball put Tejada with his back to the runner and must've given him flashbacks.

That's fantastic. I hope he got some change for it.

The organist just played "Fly Me to the Moon" as walkup music for Frazier. Is that simply a reference to being from New Jersey?

Is there a time stamp on when the cards appeared?

If the point of the game was the two-out bases-empty single, the Mets would be running away with this one.

Frazier has an ugly swing and appears not ever to know where he's about to hit it.

Yeah, and with Atlanta piling lefty on lefty on the Mets here, it would be nice to see Alonso/Davis/Frazier turn on something. Rosario, too.

Thanks Braves for the stupid pitching change and dumbass throw to 3rd

I think the outfielder was thinking that pitchers don't take the extra base, but Matz is hanging fire tonight.

And now a premature pulling of Matz is looking like it might coincide with a rare off night by Lugo ... which would be a return to bullpen practices of earlier in the year.

That's at least the fourth time in maybe the last ten days that Alonso has strayed too far for a grounder that was easily field-able by the 2nd b-man
