Yanx had a 'bullpen game' today, going through seven pitchers (none from their rotation) before finally securing a 7-6, 10-inning, 3:56 slog of a win.

They jumped out to a 5-0/2nd inning lead but then blew that one and later a 6-5 edge before eventually making a loser out of Cleveland's Ollie Perez.

Indians won the first two games of the series.



Not sure whether Aroldis Chapman's 22 pitches today -- and blown save [single, Error on Pick-off, Pop-up Bunt, Fly Out, E-6, K] -- will affect his availability for Monday's game.

That today was only his 3rd game in the month of June (also on the 1st & 6th) means that, rather than counting on him being out, we'll just have to kick his butt instead.
