I have to say that it's so typical of what baseball is now that the final pitch was Machado up down by four taking a whale of a two-strike swing at a pitch so far outside the strike zone that it almost hit him in the ankle.

He arguably didn't see a strike the whole at-bat.

But, on the other hand, he could've rested the bat on his shoulder and be held responsible for his entire team's series loss like Carlos Beltran.
