As the Mets take the lead, I'm thinking, "They're playing pretty well, and their last-place opponent is playing terribly, and that's just enough for them to get one-run edges.

Man, if Conforto could just cut out some of those horrible roll-over ABs where he tries to pull the outside pitch and grounds it weakly to 1B or 2B.
He had two of those in the first game tonight and both looked like they were hit with a wet newspaper.
And now, since then, he's cracked a long game-tying HR and an equally hard go-ahead double.
