Guest 41Forever Guests Posted July 28, 2018 Posted July 28, 2018 No way the Rays will get that stadium built by October. These SHaMs are gonna surprise everyone!
TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted July 28, 2018 Posted July 28, 2018 The Rays are projecting for the park to open in 2023, no?While this season is lost and I'm not optimistic about 2019, I can't say I'm hopeless about this team for that long. Even teams that have good years miss out on the NLCS, so if you are asking about a zero-sum prediction, the Rays stadium looks to be more of a certainty to be completed within a specific time frame. But, it is definitely possible that the Mets make an NLCS appearance between now and 2022.

Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2018 Posted July 30, 2018 Actually the poll choice should have read; 'The Rays get the stadium replacing the stadium they're thinking about building now built.'
