I mean, they got SOMETHING for a guy who was essentially valueless on the trade market (as desirable as he may have been as a somebody-else-is-paying-his-freight flyer)... that it was a guy who potentially fills a roster hole slightly less badly than the current hole-fillers makes it a double win, no?
