    Hernandez does not look long for this game. And now its pourin! If they roll out the tarp---and they are--i wonder if it wouldnt be wise to shelf ElDouque for the night and run a fresh arm out there after the delay.

    And Delgado drives in Beltran with a single up what can only be considered the middle, the way they play him.

    Howard pops out. So Rollins has homered 3 times the last two games. Not good. 6-2 mets, and I get this feeling they are gonna need more. And Beltran hears me and doubles down the 1st baseline. man-he smoked that down the line!

    And I cant believe that deep fly goes off Abreus glove! Reyes takes 3 bases on it. They score that a triple but that had error written all over it!. And Myers has been knocked out of the box.

    Rowand cant work his magic this time! Chavez triples off his glove as he almost pulls another Willie Mays type of catch. I cant believe Abreu tried to get Chavex at home off Miledge's single to right. And I cant believe he almost had him! Milledge takes 2nd on the effort.

    WOW! Beltran makes a great over the shoulder grab of Bells deep fly, and Howard really screws up with some awful baserunning and is caught between 2nd and 3rd. What he was doing there, i dont know--but he went back and must have thought the ball got away--cuz he went to tag.

    Ouch- A not so great turn of events as Delgado errors an easy grounder off Howard and ElDouque hits Rowand with a pitch. 1st and 2nd for the Phils,0 out.

    Reyes is unsettling Myers with his dance down the third baseline with the Delgado shift on. But apparently not enough, as he strikes out Carlos with some borderline pitches.

    Another error by Phils 3rd baseman Bell loads em up. Bell is usually very sound at third. And Myers walks in a run--how bout that?

    ewww--that was a perfect fastball Myers Ks Milledge with. O'Hernandez singles-ha!

    The Phils announcers sure do miss Richie Ashburn. They always bring him up, or one of his Whiteyisms. He was good in the booth for an old sourpuss. ElDouque makes a FOOL out of Abreu with a snappy curve for strike 3. 2-0 Mets.

    And Delgado knocks him in with a double to center. Not like Rowand to misplay a ball off that wall out there. Phils are playing nervous. And Davey drives in Delgado with a knock up the middle!.

    ="Willets Point"] . Shes actually the Philly singer of choice in all sporting events. No joke. Great game. Yea-Bradford gets that win Edge- wacky game. Wagner with his 13th save with 1.2 innings of work. I wanna say only 13 saves?-but I wont. Im still in shock from that Wright play on the DP grounder- looks like it even bounced up on him and he snagged it. Awsum---just like WOW MAN!

    And he LOOKS at strike 3...eyecirumba. Well- Wags will have to settle for a 2 run lead to work with. Its Howard who worries me the most out of these three.
