  1. Trax gives up another g0fer to Molina. Ugh--- 4-3.
  2. K-Trax will slo down now after giving up da bomb to Overbay. Horrible pitch--I coulda hit that one out.(of the infield maybe) 4-2
  3. Pretty quick game so far, considering Trachsel is pitching. Mets up 4-1 in the 4rth. Thats Toronto turf looks like a badly worn patch quilt.
  4. Damn-I missed the play by Chavez-howd that play out?
  5. 3 run blast!
  6. Castro on second as a result of an infield single, that was all over the infield. Reyes follows with his second hit of the game, a single lashed to right. dayyyyyyham. Reyes is on a TEEEEEEEEEAR!. He is now batting .298! .298!
  7. ="KC"]Z: That aint one-A-mine-- I just ran a google search for assclown. I might just shrink it down and make it my avatar. lol-.......suit yourself. ______thats a pun^ Mets are playin "half there". A delayed steal makes the boys look "totally not there." I saw that thing with Delgado where he didnt retouch the bag on his way back to 1st last night. No excuse for shit like that. Still, we got game at 1-1.
  8. I like Darling in the booth. And look!-the Bluejays paint thier seats Mets blue and orange. Foolish Iceholes.
  9. Valentin, following a Wright single and a fielders choice, gets tossed out at second as part of the hit and run that niether hit well enough nor ran fast enough. That make sense?Im a lil hungover.

  11. OlerudOwned wrote: MLB Gamecast just said Reed Johnson scored from first on a Catalanatto ground out to second. What am I missing? that must be considered the extremely condensed version of the event. It followed a 2 base throwing error by Trax, put Johnson on third. He scored on the ground out.
  12. Nymr83 wrote: nice throw to first Traschel. and of course he scores on the next pitch. Yea-He gives it right back.....like he can afford to. Ha
  13. ="KC"]Someone shoot the assclown with the air horn. gimme a sec....Ill find a visual..... There.
  14. Darling says "Towers doesnt have any one pitch to get Delgado out", but somehow he has three that strike him out. Mets up, 1-0
  15. cripes, you cant sleep late these days, lol.
  16. ]LoDuca hits the ball, one hop off the wall and Reyes scores. LoDuca rounds second and the ball arrives at third before LoDuca even gets to the sliding pit. He turns and jogs off the field before he can be tagged out. Laughing, he goes back for the tag. This was hilarious. He was running to third and then just turned away heading off the field, like-why even continue? The barbing in the dugout afterwards was pretty funny too. ]Just remembered - didn't someone say that they had created a special K-Boom for Lastings? Maybe they'll add it to this thread tomorrow. Nope--that would be tempting fate even further. Ya gotta be iNdAhOuSe to go kaboom, and I wasnt. Woe is me. He'll have to go yard again, and hopefully he stays up and does just that. I read the comments in the other IGT and I have to tell ya - Ive had a bad feeling about that Wags graphic since the Yankee game and even tho quite a bit of work went into that, Im gonna shelf it. The silent treatment Milledge got in the dugout was pretty funny too. Also, nice roundabout catch by the rook at the wall. Good game- Wright is just -------I dont got the words. Im just so glad he's a New York Met. Galvine wins #11! LoDuca's got wood!
  17. ="soupcan"]I'm going with 'blood clot/aneuryism' for $400 Alex. Alex: Who was removed from a New York Mets baseball game in 2006 after throwing a pitch, dispite the fact that he did not suffer from this ailment? _____________________________________________ Note by Z:::Actually, for all I know he may have. Watching the highlights just now they said he had a tingling sensation in his hand on the release of the pitch. He has been sent back to NY for observation and it was said that Sanchez stated that his hand felt fine a short time later. And we all have to agree, we need Sanchez doin what he does, so I also hope this was just a flukey one time occurance. Like a pinched nerve or something.

  19. ...............tuff room.
  20. ="Frayed Knot"]Fuck the cycle, I don't want to hear about that right now.
  21. But Jose Reyes hits for the cycle. That was fun to watch. Boy, the kid is red hot.
  22. ="Frayed Knot"]Oh, and add Valentin's ill-advised scramble in the 2nd inning to the laundry list of outs given away. What's he trying to do, get thrown out for the cycle this week? lol--I forgot that one-he was sooooooo out they cudda tossed it around the infield before the tag.
  23. Frayed Knot wrote: We gave that one away in a bunch of different ways - in addition to the obvious one. - too many LOBs (duh!) - they took extra bases on us (is Beltran EVER planning on hitting a cut-off man?) + many LoDuca passed balls - and we took very few on them: Delgado c/should have scored on Wright's 2B, Reyes getting caught off on the liner (where ya goin dude? you got Franco in front of you!) And yeah, I woulda sent Beltran running at some point also. Bango, bongo, bingo.
  24. Johnny Dickshot wrote: We ought not let P-Lo get away too easy for his role in this one. Guy in front of ya hits for the cycle and you can't even advance him a base. I was more concerned about his play behind the plate. I dont know where his head was back there tonight. Hit your knees and block that pitch guy. In a game like this one every play counted.
  25. martin wrote: i don't understand why beltran doesnt steal there. it seems like it the perfect storm of pro-steal factors. high-percentage base stealer, incredible need to avoid the double play, as well as putting the all-important game extending tying run in scoring position. I agree. i understand you dont wanna distract Delgado, but he's a big boy. He should be able to deal with that and know its coming on certain counts, which he found himself at afew times. Yea,Beltran should have been thrust into scoring position. During Delgados at bat.
