If the Mets can hold on to the lead today it will be good in the karma-balancing way to make up for the games they should've won this weekend. Because the Mets have done a lot of things to help them lose today.

This may sound Pollyannaish, but I'll take multiple LOB's over no on base at all. At least over a couple of games the odds are going to work against you for getting guys home. Of course, if the trend continues, my song may change but for now I'm not going to raise my hackles too much. -
