    It's easy to scream for a player or manager's head during dark times. I felt that way during the 12 game losing streak and a decision was made to keep Mendoza about then by David Stearns I watch a game like this and and if management believes the Mets might get back into the race how can you not replace Mendoza? There is little or no engagement coming from him IMHO. Wouldn't you want a possible spark from a new manager as opposed to letting good baseball man Carlos Mendoza finish the season? It's been a long time since getting a whiff of winning 2024 like
