Hey guys? Maybe I should start an IGT. My record this year is totally clean.

Matt Frewer, though I like him, is a bit too tall to play Art.

I'm concerned that the reason they chose Mark Ruffalo was because of his resemblance to Lou Ferrigno. That would be a bad thing.

The rumor I heard was the opposite, that he was actively pushing for the Hulk to be the villain.

    Mike Piazza, 2000.

When did we bring up the Baltimore cast-off?

I am very much down with this trade. After all the years where Texas lacked pitching, they get one of the most coveted pitchers in baseball. Anything to keep him from the MFYs.

I'm sure the Thing can tell us who the last Met to win N.L. Player of the Month was.

Oh my god, you know, I remember where I was and what I was doing during that game. I was at summer camp in Northeast Pennsylvania listening to WFAN barely coming in that far away. Amazing game.

Charlie Manuel should be fired by the Phillies for his sheer stupidity. I mean, come on, he's ruining the chances of all National League teams to get home-field advantage by picking shitty players.

Polanco's hurt anyway, he won't be there.

    Blastings?!?!?

    No...

Our office is doing something similar with airline fees. And yes, the point is to shame them into dropping these fees altogether by forcing full disclosure up-front.

Mejia sent to AA to be a starter. It's about time.

Just got back from entertaining DocTee at a Capitol Hill bar. We had a great time. Unfortunately, the only way we could follow the Mets game was through my Blackberry.

    I miss the Happy Recap.

Where has the time gone? Jose Reyes turns 27 today.

    Pagan also bunted foul earlier.

Wow, that was too close for comfort there by Wieters.

Congratulations, Chris Carter, on your first major league home run!

    Reyes just showed bunt.

Could it be? Has Jerry the Robot loaded a new program? Time will tell.

He's making $10.5 million dollars this year to play baseball. Yeah, and he had a chance to be an elite, electrifying starter for many years. Mark Prior also comes to mind as someone who should have been great before injuries ruined his career.
