Sad to give a franchise 30 years to come up with a continuation of a beloved original story only to have it be utter shite. Not this one, which I have not seen, but the ones I have that are comedies are generally pretty rotten.
Given how yesterday went I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing. I wasn't keen on seeing Sale today and now they can just go stomp the Brewers and lock this thing up.
=Gwreck post_id=171696 time=1727230297 user_id=56] Alonso's grand slam on the opening weekend series in Washington? The 5-run 9th inning in St. Louis? The 7-run 9th inning in Philadelphia? The no-hitter? Marte's walk-off against the Yankees? deGrom's 6 perfect innings on his return to the mound? The Nimmo catch on Timmy Trumpet night against the Dodgers? The Mark Canha game in Philadelphia? 2022 was a magical season by any measure.

We go once a year. It's prohibitively expensive to attend, park, eat, drink and buy souvenirs. If it weren't we'd attend more often (maybe). It's also a 5-6 hour drive for me each way depending on traffic.
