  1. Let's see Vogey tie this thing up with some hustle

  3. Escobar and McNeil both out? I don't know what's going on. Announcers not giving any indication that they know what the haps are
  4. I am with Soupy on this - the quality of the video feed really pops on my big mutha TV set. The audio, on the other hand, well, uh
  5. Good thing they picked up Soto, then, I guess.
  6. I forgot about the Apple thing and forget if I figured out a way to watch for free. It's very aggravating, fuck MLB and Manfred, you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to watch a fucking ballgame. This week happens to be one in which the Mets/Phillies is their "Free game of the week," so as long as you have the app installed, you should be able to watch it (though I'll confess I don't know if there are blackout restrictions). I watched the last one that was the free game of the week on their app (installed on my Google Chromecast) and it worked fine, subpar commentary notwithstanding
  7. Well he's getting his own cruddy deal, like the rest of us, he'll have to suffer through an Apple TV+ broadcast to watch tonight's game.
  8. The Keith thing is intriguing… https://deadspin.com/phillies-defense-is-what-grinds-keith-hernandez-s-gears-1849397077https://deadspin.com/phillies-defense-is-what-grinds-keith-hernandez-s-gears-1849397077 This article, however, sucks, as does everything Deadspinny. Has to be such a hot take all the time.
  9. I mean, that's the beauty of being Keith Hernandez. He doesn't have to give AF about the stuff other people do. I walk that same path actually. It's liberating.
  10. The rotation has been soooooooo good of late. I expect them to go 13-7 in this stretch even against tough opponents.
  11. Sucking Dick Behooves Classy Women

  14. We are here at the Citi. Beautiful day for baseball
  15. That was an impressive K by Givens there in the previous inning.
  16. I mean Pete Alonso is the MVP, but, sure, give Edwin the CY
  17. Vientos once again not in today's lineup. Brett Baty scheduled to make his AAA debut. Dom Smith batting 3rd.
  18. I would have only gotten Mets #1 and #5 from this list.
  19. 1. Jose Oquendo (1983) - KC 2. Al Pedrique (1987) - MM 3. Craig Paquette (1988) - WP 4. Joaquin Arias (2010) - batmags 5. Omar Quintanilla (2012-2014) - Edgy 6. Tyler Naquin (2022)
  20. I have not heard that he's hurt. They've also been on the road this whole past week so I have not heard much. They have not yet announced tonight's lineup.
  21. =metsmarathon post_id=103084 time=1660048358 user_id=83] quilvio veras? was he ever a met?
  22. Another hint: he came to the Mets in a deadline deal. In that deal, the player traded away (to TX) was a much more familiar face and presence in our lineup and is still involved in baseball as a broadcaster. And yes, the 'q' is in his first name in this instance.
  23. 1. Jose Oquendo (1983) - KC 2. Al Pedrique (1987) - MM 3. Craig Paquette (1988) - WP 4. 5. Omar Quintanilla (2012-2014) - Edgy 6. Tyler Naquin (2022) One left to get. Quattlebaum was a coach only, and never played a game as a Met
