  1. Yeah! Join me in taking a good look at Leiper! Maybe they let him off the hook in the post-game this time by announcing that he was operating under a pre-established commitment to be passive.
  2. Hey, an outfielder called an infielder off a pop. Sometimes, they get fundies right.
  3. I would also question Tim Leiper in not getting down the line (are they not allowed to go down the line anymore?). If Robert didn't have the stop sign thrown up so fast, he still quite possibly would have scored when the throw went into second, assuming he was running hard enough.
  4. He seemed to know what he was saying. I mean, I don't know who puts together what these guys are saying, but he seemed more convincing than Zeile or Blevvy. Also, Soto out of the game.
  5. When did Jacoby & Meyers become an SNY Mets sponsor. Is this 1982?
  6. So, who was that guy in the studio with Apple?
  7. I am unable to mentally separate Jack Hamilton and Jack Fischer. I am in a conversation and think I am discussing one when I am actually talking about the other.
  8. There is a music to the pattern. It's not Bach, but there is a music.
  9. Is Brendan merely here as a site manager or a community member also? Let that be a lesson to us all. Get a new IGT started as soon as possible after the end of a game, so site mangers have something to promote. Alsowhich, do yourselves a favor and follow the site at Febbook and whatever social media platforms you do your thing on.
  10. Clendenon probably did a number on Ferguson Arthur Jenkins at some point.

  14. That's the game. Manaea somehow managed to give up only one run in 3 2/3 innings, despite allowing four hits and two walks. So, Carlos Mendoza, who often seems to be playing for tomorrow, otherwise gets to give his pen a day off.
  15. Gary driving Zeile a little crazy with talk of the 2000 World Series is good booth action.
  16. Here's to ABS stopping catchers from sneaking up closer to steal strikes and getting themselves pummeled the way Alvarez just did.
  17. Manaea is fighting himself on every pitch. Sure looks fun to be a Giant.
  18. The near-transparent cream-colored Giants pants leads to a double-intensity of cream coloring in the pelvic region, where the jersey tucks into the pants, and ... well, it looks like Ray has peed himself. Liberally.
  19. Reaching beyond his grasp. But we have that low pitch count going. It's moving along like three-pitch softball.
  20. I knew Vientos was going to come up slugging after that defensive stop got his adrenaline going.
