If Yohan Ramirez's pitch was deemed "intentional" to warrant a 3-game suspension and a one-game suspension for the manager, why wasn't the manager thrown out of the game? Hoskins can slide through the base into McNeil's leg, but a pitch within 5 feet of the batter is not OK.

First Met to get ejected: Yohan Ramirez.

Low class Mets here "The message is 2 hours late". Ronnie is right. First inning, not 4 RBI later.

    This game feels like 2023.

Mendoza could have sent a message that he wasn't milquetoast like Buck but no.

This is embarrassing. Ronnie's right. They could have sent that little bitch a message. Instead, Hoskins delivered the message.

I figured out what happened. Week 1 of H2H started last Thursday and continues to April 7th. We drafted too late for Week 1 so we have to wait for April 8. I don't see a setting to go backward.

The draft is on Monday at 7:30 PM (ET). The order will be set automatically when the Draft Room opens. Please read the rules. This year, we are traditional year-long "rotisserie" style. Roster Positions: C, C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, CI, MI, OF, OF, OF, OF, Util, SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, RP, P, P, P, BN, BN, BN, IL, IL, IL, IL, IL Batters Stat Categories: Runs ®, Home Runs (HR), Runs Batted In (RBI), Stolen Bases (SB), On-base Percentage (OBP) Pitchers Stat Categories: Strikeouts (K), Earned Run Average (ERA), (Walks + Hits)/ Innings Pitched (WHIP), Quality Starts (QS), Saves + Holds (SV+H) Live Draft Pick Time: 1 Minute. 19. bmfc1
True... but Iglesias, Short, and Wendle might be seen as redundant. Stewart has an option while they can lose Choi if he doesn't make the team.
  20. bmfc1
Who gets the last spot on the bench? DJ Stewart had the inside track but hasn't hit this spring. Choi started well but is hitting under .200. Voit hasn't done anything. They know more than we know but I don't know who gets that spot. If only there was a player with 300 HR career HRs available.

I talked about it here (with lots of background noise): https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/nationalleaguetown/episodes/D-J--Stewart--Warm-Fries--Melanie-e2h58hahttps://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/nationalleaguetown/episodes/D-J--Stewart--Warm-Fries--Melanie-e2h58ha

It may just have been a stunt for the picture. I haven't seen it on the field.

I was there so in the 2 games I attended this week I've seen the Mets score one run (on a bases-loaded walk) and have 5 hits. I talked about it here (in less than 6 minutes): https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/nationalleaguetown/episodes/Jose-Butto--Brett-Baty--Jonas-Brothers-e2h3i7hhttps://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/nationalleaguetown/episodes/Jose-Butto--Brett-Baty--Jonas-Brothers-e2h3i7h
