    I'm happy with what I said back then metirish Jan 16 2009 02:36 PM I could root for the Dodgers but really with the games on so late it would be hard , Having said that though there is no way I could be as passionate about another as I am about the Mets. although the Dodgers were a different animal back then.

    Yeah, it should be noted that Seaver didn't miss a season in that span due to injury. Still shocking to me that Santana only had three full seasons and a bit as a Met.

    Congrats , certainly worthy champions , Cherington had some big boots to fill and has done an amazing job. Seriously I look at that roster and go wow, they won the World Series. Players I knew nothing about before the Playoffs but now like a lot....Uehara and Xander Bogaerts.

But what if they did? �NCIS� was the highest-rated entertainment show in the fall of 2012. It got a 9.8 rating. In 1998, the highest rated primetime show was �E.R.� It got an 18.8. That�s 48% higher. Indeed, if �NCIS� were on in 1998 and got the same ratings, it wouldn�t have cracked the top ten. I never looked at it like that.....interesting
