    I gotta say, I'm down on the Mets. Six weeks of spring training and they don't have a healthy rotation and look to me like a team that'll once again mail it in for the first 10 weeks and ope to get hot with the weather. I'm not saying that is The Plan, but I wouldn't be surprised if Stearns has some data suggesting wire to wire balls out play isn't useful when the postseason is so easy to qualify for.

    Watching this debacle. Tied 3-3 going into the bottom of the 9th. Cardinals can't catch the ball. Soto has 2 RBI including a home run. Senga didn't look good. Jose Siri is an idiot. Ends in a tie.

    The way I understand it is nobody happy with their failure to get a stadium deal done -- taxpayers (thank in part to Manfred's cheerleading) are footing a part of the bill but the Sternbergs couldn't come up with their end by the deadline. So MLB might kick em out and find someone wealthier, maybe in a different city
