  1. Affordable housing is always a negotiation with developers who cannot get financing to make it worth it. Sane fight is happening right here in my hood where a big project would take up 3 blocks mostly for unaffordable housing
  2. QFC has a stadium on the Queens college campus, I think. Having a bigger league a few miles away isn't going to help them when they get started this spring
  3. It's 5:30 man. Where are these big trades
  4. Haverford College grad. Not like that Jankowski dude.
  5. Rye deengs, get it right people
  6. Somebody (The Blue Jays?) hired met-lovin big shot Jon Daniels to a front-offie position.
  7. I'll vote 2x for NICK at NIGHT if that helps. Tabloid covers shuld have good action shots, good stories but also awful puns. LEGIT isn't a pun.
  8. The Giants can make any starting pitcher better seems like.
  9. I have no idea who is on the Rays. Is Tyler Glasnow available?
  10. One of our jocko things is to mince around like a fairy, which is kind of funny sometimes especially while wearing baseball underwear. THere is something hilarious about a lumpy, hairy guy trying to act like a queer while wearing the things we wear under a baseball uniform. Take my word. Ball Four
  11. The FTX Bro was also one of the top donors to Demorats this election
  12. Mets decline to qualify an offer to Walker
  13. In the third, I'm robbed. Murphy makes a diving catch in center--but the replay clearly shows the ball of the ground behind him! The umpire at second, Jerry Davis, can't see that, but he does see Murphy jump up and fire the ball to second base, a dead giveaway. When an outfielder catches the ball on the dive, he comes up waving it in the air. Davis calls me out, though, and he's not overruled. page 175 IF AT FIRST, Keith Hernandez
  14. It was the Ryan contract, signed with the Astros in late 1979,that broke the $1 million barrier and finally broke Bill Veeck's spirit. Nolan Ryan wouldn't attain national monument status until years later. At the time he was just considered a hard-throwing underacheiver. Said Mike Veeck: "It was the high price of mediocrity that bothered Dad." https://dynamic.indigoimages.ca/books/0345465245.jpg>
  15. Raise your hand if you figured he'd get 7 or 10.
  16. Mets exercise cheap option for Vogey. Bassitt declines mutual option so he'll want big buxx

Was this the Chick with the J.T. Show T-Shirt Game? no JT Snow was a Mets-Giants playoff game
  18. What a depressing bunch. I totally missed the drama of waitress Elissa.

  20. Alvarado gonna Alvarado
  21. Me, I like the Philly baby blue and burgundy look. Phillies have a pretty strong uniform game. Underrated. Like the Numbers on the sleeve. Nobody does that. You know what else nobody does? Grey numbers That's a unique Mets thing and they just junked it.
