Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 This was a satisfying game to see the end of. Fboy and I checked out in the middle 7-3 innings to watch an episode of the original Star Trek, and put it back on just in time to see them tie the game back up.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 I was in PA and was able to watch on the SNY streamy thing for the first time. Exciting!
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 I watched the oots scoreboard in Camden tell the story.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 (edited) For those not viewing, the Mets caught up, and eventually went ahead, in essentially the same way they got behind: with some timely walks surrounded by every batted ball in an inning finding itself a hole.In the end, the Marlins' six-run 4th and the Mets five-run 7th produced maybe two hard-hit balls combined and many of the hits could just as easily produced rally-killing GiDPs - especially with the Clydesdales out there clogging up the base paths for the home team.oe: and not just a 1-2-3 save for Familia, but a 7 pitch 1-2-3 inning. That's certainly a nice change of pace. Edited May 6, 2017 by Guest
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 I woke up with that Raspberries song in my head, catchy freakin' tune. For many years I thought it was 'Please Go Away.'
