Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Ugh, are the umps doing this on purpose? He was obviously safe and the umps are suggesting challenges. WTF?Like Garr said, this should have taken 10 seconds.
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Not Bartolo's night but he stays in. This is a big game, Terry!Howie is questioning Terry not bringing in Blevins for Murphy and Harper.
Guest Mets Guy in Michigan Guests Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Hard to blame him for Murph. He got the grounder.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Argh. Bartolo not getting it done. Ollie getting the single was a bad omen.

I prefer the way umps used to suck, not the way they currently suck. Edited July 7, 2016 by Guest

Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Leaving Colon in for the 5th was pretty stupid.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Gary continuing to get his anti-Murph digs in: "nothing we haven't seen before"
Guest Mets Guy in Michigan Guests Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Nats fans learning what "Oh, Murph!" Means.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Just saw Harpers homer. His weight shift is perfectly formed for power.I thought he hit a 2 or 3 run bomb or something. I didn't know that the Nats went yard three times in that inning. So, yes, this was not Colon's night and I do think he was in too long.

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Wow. Tee time. And it's off Ollie and Muff froze like a deer in the headlights on that grounder, things that make this all the more enjoyable.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Now THIS is the Ollie we remember!
Guest Mets Guy in Michigan Guests Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 (edited) I didn't realize JD Drew was even still playing.Did he mean Steven Drew? Edited July 7, 2016 by Guest
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 Once again, re: WilmerBOOM...wow. When this team turned the corner last season Flores was directly involved. I like this kinda dejaVu.
