It probably sounded like a clean catch. He did look blocked, but the ball went so high out of Duda's glove. At least they took care of that expediently. Don't mind me. I'm going to be cranky until after we come back.HA! Marlins entire infield SUCKS!
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 The thing is, the Marlins' team is twice the Mets' quality in defense.Just, you know, not tonight. What insanity makes that a hit?

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Jeeeeze. Yea, let them practice catching popups.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Familia coming in for the eighth.Who gets the ninth? Laggy or Wecky?

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 ha. Stanton puts his face guard back on to face Familia.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 They still have Blevins and Hendu, but I'd figured if either of them were available, they wouldn't be using Familia here.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 Even Ichiro is stinking up the show tonight.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2016 Posted April 11, 2016 That sucked. And they aren't going to replay that last out? I'll wait until things get a little warmer before I start to worry. But I think it's safe to say we aren't going to be running away with this thing.Mets lost, I was sad.

Guest themetfairy Guests Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 BG - for future voting, would it be possible to group the pitchers together, either before or after the hitters? This was the first game this season in which my eye really had to jump around to piece together who pitched when.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 I've made it so that the pitchers' rows display in pink, so they'll be easier to spot. (That was a quick and easy change.) I may eventually get around to reordering the rows, but it's not currently in my plans. The voting form is intended to be used alongside a box score, not in place of one.

Guest themetfairy Guests Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 And it's helpful. If the pitchers had been pink earlier I would have thrown Familia half a point, but I overlooked him this morning. It'll be good for me going forward to have that visual clue.
