MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 A hit!At least THAT won't happen tonight.Later
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 This seems like it's a game our batters are not familiar with.Dickey baffling professional hitters was a lot more entertaining when he ran to our dugout at the end of the inning.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 You're about to get an escort, Tiger fan.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Two hits in seven innings. Riveting stuff.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 That was wacky with the fan catching the double. On challenge it would be like the opposite. How could they not call that "not in play" w/o a view that showed it would have been fair? I didn't see one. I don't think I've ever seen a play like that before.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 That fan didn't seem to have it all together.Duda, you can stay.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Hope Keith and Ron settle the space cowboy thing on-the-air... miss Gary again for more reasons.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 No Geddy Lee sightings in any of the boxes behind the plate. Maybe they're on tour now.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 I still can't believe the line drive that went right thru Flores. It went right thru him! I think Ive said that to myself like 50 times since it happened.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Many of us would have been satisfied with a split coming into this series against the best scoring team in baseball on a hot streak. But after winning the first two and scoring a grand total of 8 runs in 38 innings (including just one run over the final 24 innings) a split suddenly doesn't look all that good.Typical Jays series in a lot of ways though, they lose close and they win blow-outs.On to Atlanta
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 They went into that hitting slump after the 3rd inning Tuesday night and haven't recovered
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Couldn't have been much more of a disaster for Granderson 04, with three strikeouts, and ended the only early threat they had by whiffing with the bags juiced.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Someone gonna grab the baton? My arm is getting tired.
