Edgy MD Site Manager Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 You remember the Vladdy Wars. The Mets were negotiating with the 'Pos for their star right fielder, but were shy because of reports on his back.Well, that was 2004. Jim Duquette Days. At the time, the guy the Mets should have been looking at (maybe they were!) was Vladdy's then-five-year-old son, Vladdy Jr. Yes, he was born in 1999. He is now a strapping 6'2", 220-pound 15-year-old that the Mets are in the running for... along with the Angels, Yankees, and Blue Jays.Check out video of him punishing beisbols.QyidnANLS0A
