Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 A thread to trace whether there's any meaningful difference in David Wright's game now that he's wearing the invisible C.I loved the very Davidian way he fought with the umpire last night in a completely responsible and self-consciously upright way, making sure he turned toward the other umps to ask for time before making his case passionately but evenly, always staying at least 12 inches from the third base ump. He can only be what he be. Even losing his temper, he's Rhon and Elsa Wright's good citizen son first. He wasn't gonna win the fight, but I wanted to give him a merit badge.
batmagadanleadoff Old-Timey Member Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 There's a power outage in Wright's game. Isn't it obvious? Permanent talent shift? Can't blame Citi's old dimensions anymore, right?
