MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 (edited) Two other Mets later worked for the Expos.Larry Bearnarth became their pitching coach and Ron Taylor (after he got his medical degree)worked as their team Doctor.Upon further review by the officials (my Canadian baseball fan friends) the original ruling on the field has been overturned. Taylor became the team doctor for the Blue Jays, not the Expos. Reset the game clock. No timeout has been charged.Later Edited September 11, 2012 by Guest

For example, there's no Expos card for Ron Darling (Expos - 1991).
batmagadanleadoff Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Author Posted September 11, 2012 (edited) Floyd was an Expo before he was a Met. Otherwise, I'da pictured a lot more, including these: Edited September 11, 2012 by Guest
HahnSolo Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Candy Man needs a better fitting hat. And did Wayne Garret start channeling Glen Frey when he went to Montreal?

Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 And if you're going to win 21 straight, by all means, start it tonight so we won't have to wait till next April.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Nats score first. Wasn't watching and I'm not surprised it involved that Harper kid. Hope Dickey is sharp. Or do you want a knuckler to be the opposite of sharp? We got a few on with one out. Lets answer right back. DO IT FOR DICKEY!
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Bases loaded one out and we don't even get one run from it. [u:34cfxqfx]THAT'S[/u:34cfxqfx] why we suck.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Shit. Lead off double for Desmond in the 2nd. Find your groove thang R.A.!
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 YEA! Desmond tries to steal 3rd and Thole guns him out.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 I think that bounced in his glove. But we'll take it.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Dickey screws up the bunt. This might not be his night. Well, if we don't hit like a MLB team its not gonna be no matter what he does.
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 All those bunting drills that Shorty had them do in Spring Training worked out well, eh?

He didn't want to play tonight cause Dickey has pwned him? What a wuss.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 oh boy. Torres most eager to get that fourth out.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 That's always inspiring when the outfielder forgets the number of outs.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Josh talking about Gabby Street as I'm reading about him in the Ted Williams bio.Ruben doing the first-half thing with the leadoff hit.
