Also ordered to give back "all" of the memorabilia to the team and pay them in $24,955. I assume there's some sort of $25,000 restitution cap, but I also would guess that the damage he's done amount to a lot of eggs that can't be meaningfully unscrambled.

His lawyer says he still maintains his innocence, but the no-jail-time plea offer was too good to turn down.Sometimes, I wonder if you or your lawyer going to the media declaring your innocence immediately after you've pled guilty on the record should be regarded as a violation of the agreement and re-open the charges.

The "pled guilty on the record" part is more important. If he is saying that what he pled isn't true, he's guilty of perjury. Later
