Until/except this year for Cleveland. It's like Lebron James took the last breath of economy/identity right out of town with him.

It takes more than a hot april to convince fans you're for real. (especially if April is particularly cold)

Story in USA Today last week about how bad attendance is across the midwest -- Cleveland, KC, Milwaukee specifically, and there were a few others mentioned. Weather/economy both charged.

Japan, man.

Whoops, Kuo is the Korean. That's the kind of error the Japanese don't appreciate.

They never should have taken the white outline off the letting on the away jersey.

My dad and I have the same first name, but different middle names. Technically not a junior. Only became an issue when I got older and answered the phone and one of his co-workers would talk to be for a while before realizing that he had the wrong person.

"Big Dave" and "Little Dave" got old after a while.

Not a junior...then hopefully my blanket "no offense" on the scoffing at seniors who name juniors isn't required here (particularly as I enjoyed meeting "Big Dave"). But no offense anyway.

No offense taken!

And note, you met my son -- and he wasn't named Dave. I learned...

Then there's the Roger Clemens case where you have four sons and it's not enough to merely name one or more of them after yourself [see: Foreman, George] you name ALL of them in honor of yourself with the four K names ... and stupid K names to boot.
Koby, Kody, and .... er, Krusty & Krispy I think.

Same here, except Dad has always gone by his first name and I have always gone by my middle name.

I have a friend who did that through high school. But then in college, he went to using his first name.

At his wedding, the high school friends and college friends kept confusing each other by referring to him by different names.

Disagree! I think the non-outline has it head and shoulders over the outline.

Dodgies wearing number 4 patches for Duke Snider. The Mets could stand to do the same, at least for this series.
