bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 The Mets have scored as much as the Jets last night. (As a Jets fan, I'm not proud of that.)

seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 I know we're not supposed to bring this stuff into the regular baseball forum, but Jerry, could you leave Jose in the game and let him get me a bunch more fantasy points? Just because you're not in the playoffs doesn't mean the rest of us aren't. Thanks.
Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 I like it when we play the Pirates.
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Put it in the books! 9-1 is your final.I'm so pissed off at myself for not going......
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 almost too much fun at the park tonite. All this with a gratis ticket face value $111.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 All radio here... just saw the DPs on mlb.com. Thaaaaass pretty.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Yeah, Tejada may have a future yet.Unelimnated Mets actually gain on three of the five teams ahead of them in the Wild Card race, while the other two --- San Francisco and Colrado --- are still in play, with the Rockies losing late. It's probably one of their best nights in six weeks.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Not only 2 excellent plays but hit it hard almost every time. Nick Evans also basically matched Jason Bay's production tonite. What will Jerry do?
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Combination of a lot of fun for the Mets' rompitude (and the perfect home plate view from 514) and depressing as hell for the quietude. Paid attendance was 27,000. Probably 20,000 paid to stay away.

But even they trail the Dodgers as I flitter off to bed. Huzzah!
