Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Blech. It's almost like they're doing me a favor by sucking a first inning dong, then I feel better about going to bed before it's over.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 They lead the league in strikeouts by a lot.Good thing we're throwing up a guy who's lost his strikeout pitch in mid-"breakout".
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Can Reynolds play 2nd?I say we go and get him.Even if he can't play 2nd.Just to assure he don't play against us.0-3 Snake Plisskins

Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Geez, what's going on with him?
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 150 pitches in the first inning , nice one Mike.[/quote:1pq4grva]yikes
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 It's like there's no difference in a Pelfrey AB between when he gets a 2-0 or 0-2 count - the guys getting on either way and it'll take him 10 pitches to do so.I think he's caused [u:b45y9got]ONE[/u:b45y9got] swing-and-miss so far (Reynolds) ... OK and now he gets a K as I'm typing this.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 ... and taking 45 seconds between each pitch isn't helping things much either.
Guest Kong76 Guests Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Well, that was a rather enjoyable hour or so ... hope Pelf ain't hiding something that's hurtin'.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Ugh.That wasn't such a bad pitch on Montero but thats all for the big guy.Hit the showers Pelf.

Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 At least they were polite enough in San Francisco to lose quickly.
