Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 The theme for this Mets trivia exercise is players whose entire Mets tenure took place within one and only one season. Most seasons had at least one player who fit that criteria. The task here is to find, for each season, who the most prominent one-year Mets were. There will be one batter and one pitcher. "Most prominent" will be defined as most at bats for hitters and most innings pitched for pitchers. We'll start with the position players. Please make no more than three guesses at a time and wait until your picks have been confirmed or denied before guessing again.(Oh, and the 2008 guys may end up falling off the list if they play for the Mets in 2009. This list is "as of the moment" and may become outdated by Monday.)YearPlayerAB196246619633541964422196515619664051967577196821969211197032219713421972491973251974101975203197670197717197810119794731980284198180198254198310419849119851161986136198761989333199016319912271992420199317319941371995367199613419971491998188199993200054620013012002208200325420043242005327200626520071902008335
