First poster makes up a story, in the form of an explanatory subhead, and respondents offer what the overheated headline would be.

For instance:

Poster A: "Met Shortstop Leads NLCS Clincher with Four Hits Two Homers, Sparkling Defense"

Poster B: "PENNANT REYES!"

Poster A: "Correct, your turn."

Poster A doesn't have to cede the floor until somebody has guessed what he or she was thinking, or they concede a better headline has been submitted.
