Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 WOO HOO! Tatis with the base knock and Dusty's out to get his closer. What a game this has been.
Methead Old-Timey Member Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 I can't post quickly enough to keep up with the offensive onslaught.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 This is a completely different team
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 ]Reds have a $10mil/yr FA closer blowing it.Now we just have to make sure this is a once a night deal.
Guest AG/DC Guests Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 What a piece of hitting by Delgado. But I think Tats is my PotG.

bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 On top of this great comeback, my son's HS summer team won their first game of the season tonight, 15-5, to improve to a record of 1-14-2, with one game left.

bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 Thanks TMF and MGIM--when the games overlapped, I followed the Mets on my Blackberry. As happy as the boys were, I think the coach was happier.

His ego isn't defined by the kids' record, but he wants them to have a good experience and to have some wins along the way.
Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 Now all we have to do is survive an inning of Wagner and the streak lives on. I have faith. This team is first place bound, with a bullet.
