Seems to be a lot of snark directed toward Shea. I would change some of those like:

Shea: Gooden and Strawberry when they were young and full of promise.
Yankee: Gooden and Strawberry, promise unfulfilled but flashes of brilliance.

I'd like something a little more positive and upbeat like that rather than snarky little digs.

House that Ruth Built was replaced last time) for a new ballpark.

The new Yankee Stadium is all of a sudden falling apart seemingly days later.
