You always say
When I just messed up
Did bad
Done wrong
Gone too far
Caused such pain
Such shame
I'm illegal
See one sided
No fair
A sin there
Act queer
Odd ball

I mishandle
You trample
So strong
Wear crown
Under foot
Put upon
Hold down

Hey when I get it right
Will you tell me please
I wanna know

You always say no
You don't mean yes
No way
Hold out
Turn around
Two refusals
Deaf ear
Turned here
Not want
Leave room
All fault here
Shake head
Drop dead

The Mets may have lost 2 of 3 in this series, but they showed me more heart in these 3 games than in the last 3 months combined.

We lost but a brilliant game, very enjoyable......showed a lot of fight.

Dare I say they battled.

I feel better about this team at this point than I have at any other point in the season... and that's with the BP slumping.

Good call. And if the Reds follow the Dodgers and take care of business, no harm for us.

Careful there Monk. If you don't have certifiable statistical evidence that the actual level of heart has increased, there are some on this forum who will tear you a new one.

(Jeff Keppinger that is).

I'm glad we're hitting but I'm really concerned about the bullpen. Aaron Heilman's habit of giving up home runs in the worst possible situation is a big problem, IMO.

Feliciano and Schoeneweis have been encouraging lately, and Wagner I can brush off as a temporary struggle but I still don't think we have a good 7th/8th inning coverage. Worries me.

Don't forget the starting pitching has been poor -- and that's against the league's worst offense. No to piss on anyone's ProKeds. I agree they look more alive than all year... just, pissed.
