Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 Did anybody else look at the game yesterday and wonder why the Dodgers had a nose tackle on the mound? This guy is a monster. He's listed at 6'4" and 290, but I'm pretty confident that if you weighed him today, that first digit would be a three. While he's got a spare tire, a lot of that is upper body muscle. More than I've seen on any other pitcher.
soupcan Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 I was listening to the 10th on the radio as I was driving to pick up Chinese food and Howie just kept going on and on about the size of Broxton.
HahnSolo Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 The other night Burkhardt interviewed this guy for a pregame show. How tall is Burkhardt, because he towered over Broxton?
Willets Point Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 It's always encouraging when an MLB "athlete" weighs more than I do.
Guest attgig Guests Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 thank God Saito wasn't around for the series. broxton's good and everything, but Saito's bee monster all season.
Guest AG/DC Guests Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 I found this thread in anticipation of the Dodger series. Why is Broxton pitching with a catcher's mitt?
