Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 Glavine retires Adam Dunn, after a tough 10 pitch battle, to open the 8th. Luckily, Connine grounds back to the mound on the first pitch he sees. Lopez goes down swinging to end the inning. The Mets need to score runs and get Glavine a well deserved win. Lets Go Mets!
Guest Johnny Dickshot Guests Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 Remember when Shawn Green was a home run threat?
Guest Kid Carsey Guests Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 Green keeps Glavine's two-hitter through eight bid for a win alive. This O is depressing, ten or eleven hits should produce more than one run.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 OK, let's see Milledge waste a junk-tossin' lefty. And let's evict those Yankee hats sitting behind the first-base dugout.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 Hell, Griffey could've made a better throw than that.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 How pissed are you if you're a last-place Reds fan:Interim skipper letting a junkballer face MiledgeDespite Milledge taking him deep last nightThat jive-assed air-mail throwStanton doesn't bother backing up.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 I half wonder if Cincinnati isn't going to leave town without Griffey.
Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 I am glad that Easley will generally assume the role of RH pinch hitter coming off the bench. Julio Franco just didn't instill any confidence in me this season.HBP for Easley. Come on Reyes.

Fingers crossed for you that he goes on the 4th instead.
