Never technically on the DL actually - only missed 4 games - but we know what you're saying.
Broken bat single in 1st inning on Friday then 0-fer-9 since w/only 4 balls hit fair and only 1 of them out of the infield. Sheesh!


Good signs in the debacle:
- we made Rivera throw, what? 35-40 pitches and give up 5 hits. May affect him and/or help us tomorrow
- nice ABs by Gomez & Reyes in the 9th
- nice game by Gotay ... until the 9th
- 15 hits, even if most of them were still singles
- hits in the last 2 ABs by the ice-cold Delgado and in the last 3 by the almost as icy LoDuca
- ummm, not much else
