Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 I thought Trachs looked pretty good out there. Reyes should've been charged an error on that play. . . Up to Oliver now. Keep it goin', big guy!
stevejrogers Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Cleon Jones all over again!
A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Oliver will probably hit next inning unless the Mets get a guy or two on, eh?
Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 I'm using my new "game-used" Tom Nieto locker plate as a good luck talisman.Got it from the mets.com auction. Of course, I was the only one to bid on it.My question; How can Steiner call it "game used" when A) Nieto's a coach and doesn't appear in a game and Locker tags pretty much stay in the locker rooms and rarely, if ever, make it onto the field of play. Not saying that's a bad thing. And things have gone well since I brought it over to the coffee table, so I think I'll keep it here.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Anyone else feel like Trach's showing was a positive sign for us? Honestly, he was spotting his fastball, and had a nice breaking ball. His splitter looked good too, but the Dodgers were able to lay off it tonight.I can't fault Willie for yanking him, but he deserved better. This ump's wide strike zone helped, but Maddux was getting the same calls.
stevejrogers Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 AWWWWW CRUDDAMN THAT PORN STACHE!
Guest metsguyinmichigan Guests Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Good bye Tom Nieto locker tag. Thing is bad luck!

Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 shitfuck. Willie should've put Bradford in to face Kent.

Of course, the poor fielding screwd him and Willie, and Oliver, kinda, since he wouldn;t be on the mound if we made any plays behind Trax.Eh. Like I said, we've put ourselves in a position where we have to hit more.

To me it was typical Trax, when he's on.Wish we got more out of him tho....maybe we could hv...Dodgers hv momentum now and are makin the most of it.I dont like this at all.
stevejrogers Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Three Ducks on the pond.Things are getting hairy
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Willie's lost it. He brought in Bradford too late, and now he's bringing in Feliciano too late. Stupid stupid stupid.
stevejrogers Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Have we officially named a starter for Sunday? Perez? Maine?
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 How huge is this coming at-bat? The Dodgers might go to Saenz, and Willie is already three-deep into the pen before we're out of the fifth.A hit here and the gates can open.Shit, Nomar.
Guest Rotblatt Guests Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 When this move implodes, the rags tomorrow are going to say our vaunted bullpen got exposed, but I say the problem is Willie didn't manage it properly. You heard it here first. Bradford should have been in to face Kent. Feliciano should have been in to face Betemit.Willie's about two moves behind.
Guest OlerudOwned Guests Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 This damn strikezone shrunk midgame. What the hell.
stevejrogers Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 WOW! Rose saying Feliciano had a Bulletin Board material with "They look like they are ready to go to sleep" after Wednesday's gameNOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH! has a bat in hand
