Apparently Mota gets credit for the win, the official scorer exercising his discretion to give it to the reliever who was most effective. But it seems kind of a raw deal for Hernandez.

Seems like a raw deal for Perez, I think.

He wasn't lifted for being ineffective. I think given his 4 innings, he should get the discretionary win.

It is tough for Perez, but the scorer had no choice there. He had to give the win to one of the relievers. I checked: It's rule 10.19(a) and ©(1).

It would have been nice of Willie to give Perez the 5th inning. He pitches well so infrequently he would have been happy to get the W.
