5/26/06 Mets acquired RHP Mike Adams from the Milwaukee Brewers in exchange for RHP Jeremi Gonzalez; Optioned Adams to Triple-A Norfolk.

I think he may have been briefly on the roster, but his only 2.1 innings came with Milwaukee.

Gimme that note back, Adams.

Mike, if you recall late May, was the Mets third pitching acquisition in as many days. Following Dave Williams and Orlando Hernandez. This was during the "There's little chance of Jose Lima contributing; get real; get alternatives" period.
